FAQ

Is clinical data anonymized?

Yes. All clinical analytics display aggregate data only. No individual patient information is shown. Data is aggregated at minimum group sizes to prevent re-identification.

How often is analytics data refreshed?

Financial analytics (MRR, growth) update in real-time. Clinical analytics are refreshed every 6 hours from the aggregation pipeline. A "Last updated" timestamp appears on each dashboard.

Who can export analytics data?

Only admins with the analytics.export permission can download data. By default, this is assigned to the Super Admin and Data Analyst roles.
