Overview

The Platform Dashboard is your central command center for monitoring SehaFile's operational health. Upon logging in at admin.sehafile.com, you are presented with real-time metrics covering total registered clinics, active citizens, monthly recurring revenue (MRR), active subscriptions, and system health indicators. This dashboard aggregates data from all modules to give you an at-a-glance view of the entire platform.

Key Metrics Cards

The top section displays four primary metric cards:

  1. Total Clinics — Shows the count of all registered clinics (active, trial, and suspended). Click the card to navigate to the full clinics list.
  2. Active Citizens — Displays verified citizen profiles across the platform. The percentage change from last month appears below.
  3. Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) — Current confirmed subscription revenue in EGP. Includes a sparkline showing the 6-month trend.
  4. Active Subscriptions — Number of clinics with active paid subscriptions, broken down by plan tier.

Dashboard Widgets

  1. Growth Chart — A line chart showing clinic and citizen sign-ups over the past 30 days. Toggle between daily, weekly, and monthly views using the period selector in the top-right corner of the widget.
  2. Subscription Distribution — A donut chart breaking down clinics by plan (Starter, Professional, Enterprise). Hover to see exact counts and percentages.
  3. Onboarding Queue — Displays the number of clinics awaiting approval. Click "View Queue" to open the full onboarding review panel.
  4. At-Risk Clinics — Lists clinics in grace period or with overdue payments, sorted by urgency. Each entry shows days until suspension.
  5. Recent Activity Feed — A timeline of the latest platform actions (approvals, suspensions, payment verifications) performed by admin team members.

Customizing the Dashboard

  1. Open Dashboard Settings — Click the gear icon in the top-right corner of the dashboard page.
  2. Select Widgets — Check or uncheck widgets to show or hide them. Available widgets include: Growth Chart, Plan Distribution, Onboarding Queue, At-Risk Clinics, Feature Adoption, Geographic Map, and Revenue Trend.
  3. Rearrange Layout — Drag and drop widget cards to reorder them. The layout is saved per admin role via Settings > Dashboard Config.
  4. Save Configuration — Click "Save Layout" to persist your changes. Different roles (Super Admin, Finance Manager, Support Agent) can have different default layouts.
Tip: The dashboard auto-refreshes every 60 seconds. You can force a manual refresh by clicking the circular arrow icon next to the page title.

Navigating from the Dashboard

Each metric card and widget is interactive. Clicking on specific data points navigates you to the relevant detail page:

  1. Clinic count card navigates to Clinics > All Clinics
  2. MRR card navigates to Analytics > Financial > MRR
  3. At-risk items navigate to Enforcement > Pipeline
  4. Activity feed entries link to the relevant audit log detail
Important: Dashboard statistics are computed from live data. During peak hours (9 AM - 12 PM Cairo time), some aggregate queries may take a few seconds to load. If metrics appear stale, check the "Last updated" timestamp at the bottom of each widget.

FAQ

Why does my MRR not match the payments page total?

MRR reflects confirmed recurring subscriptions only. One-time payments, pending verifications, and rejected payments are excluded from the MRR calculation.

Can I export dashboard data?

Yes. Click the export icon (downward arrow) on any widget to download the data as CSV or PDF. For comprehensive reports, use Reports > Scheduled Reports.

Who can see the platform dashboard?

All platform admin roles can access the dashboard, but widget visibility may differ based on role permissions. Finance Managers see financial widgets prominently, while Support Agents see the ticket queue widget.
