Branch Management

Overview

SehaFile supports multi-branch clinics, allowing a single clinic entity to operate across multiple physical locations. The Branch Management section gives platform administrators visibility into how clinics are distributed geographically across Egypt, compare branch performance metrics, and identify coverage gaps in under-served areas. This data is valuable for platform growth planning and partnership outreach.

Viewing Clinic Branches

1. Navigate to Clinics > Branch Overview from the sidebar, or access a specific clinic's branches from its detail page via the Branches tab.
2. Per-clinic branches — On any clinic detail page, click the "Branches" tab to see all branches belonging to that clinic. Each branch shows: name, address, city, phone, patient count, and staff count.
3. Branch detail stats — Click on a branch row to view its performance statistics including monthly visit count, revenue contribution, and average wait time.

Geographic Distribution Map

1. Navigate to Analytics > Geographic > Clinic Density to view the interactive heat map of all clinic locations across Egypt.
2. Map controls — Zoom in/out, toggle between governorate view and city-level view. Each marker shows the clinic name on hover.
3. Density indicators — Areas with high clinic concentration appear in darker colors. Click on a governorate to see the exact count and list of clinics.
4. Coverage gaps — Navigate to Analytics > Geographic > Coverage Gaps to see governorates or cities with low or no clinic presence. This helps identify expansion opportunities.

Branch Performance Comparison

1. Navigate to Analytics > Branches > Performance Comparison to view a cross-platform branch comparison table.
2. Metrics compared — The comparison includes: monthly visits, patients per doctor, revenue per patient, average wait time, and data completeness score.
3. Filter by city or clinic — Use the filter bar to narrow the comparison to specific regions or clinic groups.
4. Sort by metric — Click any column header to sort branches by that metric (ascending or descending).

Branch Distribution Analytics

1. Navigate to Analytics > Branches > Distribution to view aggregate branch statistics.
2. Charts available:
   • Branches per governorate (bar chart)
   • Single vs. multi-branch clinics (pie chart)
   • Average branches per clinic by plan tier
   • New branch openings over time (trend line)
3. Export data — Click the export icon to download distribution data as CSV for external analysis.

Viewing a Specific Branch

1. From the clinic detail page, open the Branches tab.
2. Click "View Stats" on any branch row.
3. Branch stats panel shows:
   • Total patients registered at this branch
   • Monthly visit volume and trend
   • Staff allocated to this branch
   • Revenue generated (if financial module enabled)
   • Top services/procedures performed

FAQ

Can I create a branch for a clinic?

No. Branch creation is managed by the clinic admin from their own dashboard. Platform admins have read-only access to branch data for monitoring and analytics purposes.

How does branch count affect quotas?

Branch limits are part of the subscription plan. The Starter plan allows 1 branch, Professional allows 3, and Enterprise allows unlimited branches. Each branch shares the clinic's overall patient and staff quotas.

What data is available for individual branches?

You can view patient count, staff count, visit volume, revenue contribution, top services, and geographic coordinates for each branch.
